      St. Patrick Preschool offers a program that introduces children to the community of faith, helps develop good Christian values and teaches prayer; provides a serious curriculum to help children prepare academically for Kindergarten; and helps children develop the social skills necessary to get along well with other children.

      Our Preschool believes early childhood years are very important in the development of the child.  This time should be filled with warmth, security, exploration and discovery.  Our Preschool provides and maintains a quality Catholic setting that encourages social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth of each child.  There is a nurturing and caring staff, who allows the children to develop the skills needed to prepare for Kindergarten.

      Tuesday and Thursday morning classes are offered for three year olds.  Pre-K classes for four year olds are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with morning and evening sessions.

      Mrs. Chris Trinckes is the Preschool Director.  With multiple learning styles, the school finds it successful to present different materials and methods by which to learn.  Mrs. Trinckes wants learning at this level to be fun and stays current with her teaching methods by attending workshops and classes.

      She is certified by the State of Ohio in Preschool Education and a member of the NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children).      She is also a member of the Autism Society and has her certificate in Beginners American Sign Language.  The school follows the State of Ohio academic curriculum as well as the standards set forth by The Diocese of Youngstown.
