LUCY MOCCIA

      Mrs. Lucy Moccia has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Education for YSU.  She was born in Italy and speaks Italian as well as Spanish.  She is the Spanish teacher at St. Patrick School for grades 5-8.  She is a member of EOCTM (Eastern Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics) and the MATHCOUNTS coach for the 7th and 8th grade teams.

      She is married, has children, and enjoys working in her vegetable garden.  She hopes her students will be well prepared in order to have a successful and happy life.  She adds, "I hope that we provide enough keys to open the doors they choose to enter."
